I do KNOW the law. I DO know about the training and certification of service animals. Why would I post??
I posted because nobody ever speaks up about this. Go into a grocery store, and act the way you posted. The burden of proof is on the service animal holder. There is no protection under the law like there is with blind-aid dogs. An individual is required by law, to provide PROOF of certification of training of certified "service dog". THAT, is the LAW.
If you TRULY are defendent of the "Service Dog (animal) law that Wyoming, enacted; you would show gratitude to those that took difference to folks that were less than supportive of such said, above law....the law that was ENACTED, to defend against nefarious people, JUST LIKE YOU!
Anyone with a well trained and qualified service dog, will tell you the law was long over-due being passed, to prevent "pets" from accompanying individuals into establishments, masquerading as "service dogs". Anyone can get a vest that says "service dog". Certification is a whole 'nother thing. Breed has nothing to do with it. Temperment of the animal determins certification.
