Custodian - Coeur d'Alene We are a family owned and operated full service janitorial company that has been serving North Idaho since 1976. We are looking for individuals seeking stable, long term employment with reputable, professional company. We consider our staff to be one of our greatest assets. Many of our employees have been with our company over 5 years ; some as long as 21 years. We currently have 2 evening positions open in Coeur d'Alene area : 15.0 to 25.0 hour per week depending on position : ; Monday through Friday evenings ; start time after 5:00 pm. These positions are ideal for husband and wife teams, college students, and/or individuals seeking supplemental income. Successful candidate will be cleaning commercial offices Duties for each position involve but are not limited to : Dusting horizontal surfaces Disinfecting high contact surfaces Collecting and disposing of trash Vacuuming with commercial equipment Cleaning glass and mirrors Cleaning and disinfecting rest room fixtures and floors Dry and wet mopping of all resilient floors Skills: Work independently as well as in team setting Communicate - both verbal and written - with night supervisor and General Manager Have reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Pass comprehensive background check Prior commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required. Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
