Experienced Bike Assembler Needed for E-Bike

Need to have an Ancheer 26" E-Bike assembled. It's not supposed to be much work, the advertising for it states that it comes 85% already assembled. The bike came without a manual and some of the pieces were out of the packaging, so the person for this job will need to be experienced in bike assembly. Looking to have it assembled ASAP.
