We are are small privately owned property management company looking to hire a few maintenence workers. Duties might include: Grounds clean up Picking up trash Weeding garden beds Mow grass Trim bushes/trees Plant Water plants Clean gutters Clean common areas around properties Touch up paint Change door locks Install new faucet Install garbage disposal Fix fence Wash windows Deep cleaning empty units Interior painting of units Etc... Since we are a small company we all wear multiple hats and like to cross train so anyone is able to do the job needed. If you are a hard worker, reliable, trust worthy, have reliable transportation, have an eye for detail, able to take initiative, willing to work outside rain or shine, you might be a good fit for our company. Having your own reliable transportation is a must. The positions start as part time and can grow to full time for the right person.
