We are a Snohomish and Island County General Contractor specializing in marine residential construction. Family-owned company looking for a motivated worker who takes pride in quality workmanship, which we consistently deliver through our integrity and experience. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great work ethic, and willing to learn and improve on existing skills. You must be capable of working out in the elements. Collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important. Responsibilities: •Load/Unload and carry materials (50 pound minimum without limitations) •Perform continuous physical construction labor work daily •Utilize measurement tools to measure angles, material thickness and distances •Correctly operate basic hand tools and electrical power tools i.e., chainsaws, drills, etc. •Assist with concrete forms, pouring & finishing work •Use equipment to repair and/or break old forms and structures •Site Cleanup •Ensure safe work environment and practices •Perform other duties as assigned Skills: •Heavy equipment operation is a plus •Ability to work independently and with others – team player •Good communication skills with co-workers, supervisors and project workers Required Certifications or Licenses: •Must possess a valid WA state Driver's license •Agree to follow state and federal safety regulations. Job Description may require criminal background check and drug screening-paid for by employer •Abide by Zero Tolerance Company Drug Policy Additional Info: We offer benefits, vacation, sick time and Heath Insurance after introductory period. Full time position with hours varying slightly due to tides (weekends off). Position available immediately.
