We are a very busy luxury auto service facility looking for a shop assistant to clean the shop and office area, wash/vacuum/detail cars, assist technicians, assist front desk, clean equipment, quality check vehicle repairs, shuttle customers, pick up parts, etc. No previous automotive experience is necessary. This includes, but is not limited to: Cleaning and stocking shop bathroom, keeping shop floors clean and free from debris, fluids, tools, etc., Regularly walking outside grounds and ensuring they are clean and free from trash, debris, leaves, etc. Assist lead technicians SECONDARY Completing Specific Services and Repairs on customer’s vehicles with excellence and precision as directed by the Manager to assist technicians Assist front office staff Clean and maintain equipment Quality control Shuttle customers Pick up parts WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Ability to get into and out of a vehicle without assistance, including ability to operate/drive a vehicle Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance Ability to perform physical maneuvers for various tasks in the shop, such as sweeping, pushing a floor cleaning machine, reaching high and low with hands/arms, and other full body movements as needed to complete job Skilled and able to interact with customers in a professional manner for the purpose of answering general customer questions in person and completing shuttle rides Dependable, team player and punctual A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards Ability to drive stick shift Eagerness to learn and coachable Enjoy being active, on their feet and working outdoors carrying temperatures and weather conditions Ability to pass pre-employment background check Ability to work from Tuesday - Saturday, 9am to 6pm FILL OUT THIS ONLINE FORM IF YOU WANT AN INTERVIEW.
