Sea Level Construction is a Snohomish and Island County General Contractor specializing in marine residential construction. Family-owned company looking for a foreman with leadership experience and who takes pride in quality workmanship, which we consistently deliver through our integrity and experience. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines is important. Responsibilities: • Concrete forms/pours/finishing work & calculating yardage (Bulkhead repair & construction) • Load/Unload and carry materials (50 pound minimum without limitations) • Monitor and manage crew productivity. • Forecast equipment, materials and workforce needs as required • Exercise proper care, maintenance, and operation of company equipment, maintain worksite cleanliness • Set up job site/placement for daily production • Communicate with owner for goals, tide, future job locations and additional accountability for crew • Other duties as assigned Skills/Requirements: • Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices • Ability to read/interpret drawings, specifications and permits • Abide by all permits and approvals • Supervisory experience directing/organizing a work crew to foster a team environment able to carry out assigned tasks • Small crew-Foreman will be a working crew member • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, clients, and the general public at all times Required Certifications or Licenses: • Must possess a valid WA state Driver's license • Agree to follow state and federal safety regulations. Job Description may require criminal background check and drug screening-paid for by employer • High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (carpenter, operator, etc.) • Abide by Zero Tolerance Company Drug Policy Additional Info: We offer benefits, vacation, sick time and Heath Insurance after introductory period.
