Mitigation Technician Our Mitigation Technicians must be hardworking, available to serve on our 24 hour on-call rotation, have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check and random drug screening. Responsibilities: Water extraction and mitigation Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration Microbial remediation Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up Demolition Structural board-up and site stabilization Carpet cleaning On location cleaning Content handling/storage Equipment set up, monitoring and break down Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times Follow the job site safety conditions and procedural protocol Be a flexible team player and demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times Maintain company image and positive attitude Be available 24 hrs / 7 days for on-call (as required) Required Skills: Great “Customer-First” skills Skilled in confirming customer-satisfaction prior to concluding service work Excellent verbal / written communication High interest in developing knowledge of current technology and systems Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Spanish language skills are a plus Required Education: High school or equivalent Required Licenses Or Certifications: Reliable transportation Honest and hard working Clean driving record Willing and able to work 24 / 7 / 365
