The EG Workforce Managed Services team is looking to add team members to our amazing staff! Benefits and pay raises included! There are full-time, part-time, long-term leadership, floor care, and basic custodian positions. Our Managed Services staff provides top-grade cleaning services to clients in the Greater Grand Rapids area. This is not a temporary role! JOB SUMMARY - General cleaning of offices, lobbies, hallways, elevators, laboratories, manufacturing & other areas. - Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, & cafeterias using established policies and procedures. - Use of Floor Scrubber and other floor care equipment. - Snow Removal - shovel and motorized equipment. - Vacuum, sweep, dust mop, and wet mop floors. - Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred. - Experience in building maintenance and/or custodial services is desirable. - Excellent attendance. - Reliable transportation is a must.
