Spanish Wine Pairing Dinner
For this month's wine pairing dinner, we have created an incredible food and wine offering of your favorite Spanish dishes and wines. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated five course meal prepared by our own Culinary Director Chef Craig Kuhns with perfectly paired wines to compliment each bite.

First Course-Octopus/ Blood Orange/ Chili/ Butter | Nebola Albarino
Second Course- Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimp) | Telmo Rodriguez, Rioja Lz
Third Course- Pork Shank/ Sherry Vinegar/ Mushrooms/ Herbs | Bodega Valdesil Valderroa Mencia
Fourth Course- Beef Back Rib /Smoked Paprika/ Braised Sweet Onion | Alvaro Palacios, Camins Del Priorat
Fifth Course- Wine Pickled Grapes/ Seared Manchego | Romariz, 10 Year Old Tawny Port

We will be taking all precautions in regards to COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, the chef and staff are required to wear masks. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen and it is large enough to allow for appropriate social distancing.
