Green Tea Class and TastingInstructor: Miles CramerIn this class, we will taste and discuss Green Tea. We will compare the two main styles of production: steaming and pan frying. These methods prevent the young leaves from oxidizing, creating the fresh grassy and savory flavors associated with Green Tea. We will discuss the Japanese Tea Ceremony and learn how to prepare a traditional Matcha Bowl.
