Transforming Workplaces & Championing Inclusivity
The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of the Inclusive Managers Certificate. This new, groundbreaking initiative transforms business leaders into effective managers who lead with inclusivity and equity.
The Chamber recognizes that this is a turning point for the region, as we collectively battle the pandemic and the most recent racial reckoning. Through this certificate, the Chamber is training business leaders to lead us into the future. Championing inclusivity is a business priority and a key element of effective management – leaders must infuse their workplaces and business relationships with a lens of equity and inclusivity, ensuring our region remains the best place to live and do business.
In this four-part leadership development series, presented in partnership with Bentley University, participants will learn how to lead diverse teams in inclusive and equitable ways. The four sessions will cover:
Leading with emotional intelligence and learning how to harness the talent of others. Leveraging personal power to influence and increase cooperation and coordination. Leading through conflict to arrive at innovative solutions with your team. Optimizing performance of others through coaching the feedback. The program will begin May 10, and full participation earns a digital certificate. Learn more here.
