Family owned Residential Contracting company has an opening for a Superintendent/Foreman. Work is located in Hartford and Baltimore counties. Job Description: • Communication between homeowner, workman and office • Scheduling of crews • Ensuring jobs are started with proper quantity and correct materials • Acquire and deliver extra materials when needed for jobs in a timely manner • Supervise setup and clean up • Perform walk thru with homeowner at job competition and follow up on any additional work that may be needed • Ensure all safety precautions are met • Oversea quality control Qualifications: • Excellent leadership and communicate skills • Superior customer service skills • Self-starter • Proactive • Motivator • Basic knowledge of exterior remodeling and construction • Plus- able to speak some Spanish
