A few hours to come home to yourself through movement, meditation, and journaling. A time to connect to the stories of others. Circle allows us a sacred space to quiet the outside world, check-in, and remember all the things we already know deep in our bodies and souls. As women, we rarely give ourselves the time to be with ourselves, reflect, and contemplate. This will be a few hours to come home to yourself through movement, story, meditation, and journaling—a time to connect to the stories of other women and nourish our souls. This circle will be a pop-up circle meaning it will be one day, instead of a series of multiple gatherings with the same people. This is a great event to experience the magic of circle, that is, women gathering with a shared intention in a safe container, without the commitment o`f multiple gatherings. You will need to bring: • Yoga Mat • Journal • Water • Anything to help you feel cozy and warm (wrap, small blanket, a cozy scarf, or sweater) • An open heart Choosing to invest in yourself in this way will initiate a rippling effect of healing and change in your life. It is a great honor to facilitate this group, and I honor you for listening to your desire for something more than what the world may say is possible. You are worthy of your desires, and all that you need is within you. My intention is to create the space in which you remember the love that is always present within you. I am so thankful to partner with the beautiful people of The Velvet Nova as their mission so aligns with my heart and offerings. Masks will be worn into the space and tickets available will be limited to follow local guidelines for socially distancing.
