EAST MEADOW, NY — Multiple homes were on fire in East Meadow Thursday night. The blaze broke out shortly before 8:30 p.m. on 7th Street, east of Prospect Avenue. There are reports that a propane tank exploded. Video from the scene shows a home engulfed in flames and then an explosion that sends flames shooting into the air. It's unclear at this time if anyone has been injured.
