Press release from the Town of East Hampton: May 6, 2021 EH Town's  new Director of Code Enforcement, Kevin Cooper, left,  a retired NYPD Sergeant, joined Don Kauth, the outgoing director, at an ordinance enforcement meeting on Wednesday morning.
