The mission for this role is to be a top producer on a team that is focused on maximizing lumber for use in our pallet operation and ensuring all non-usable wood is recycled through our grinding and silt erosion sock operation. Objectives: Learn to operate various machines and stations in first 30 days with primary focus on silt erosion sock production Learn to operate various saw and stations in first 30 days with secondary focus on lumber component production for pallet production Meet or exceed production goals daily Build understanding of lumber quality and best utilization Become area expert capable of training others Hours Monday - Friday. Paid vacation after 1 year.
