We are currently looking for concrete laborers for a commercial job in Burnett, Texas. If interested, please call (737) 701-6738. You will be responsible for smoothing, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete as well as building form abnd rebar. Responsibilities Smooth out concrete Operate concrete power trowel Arrange the concrete forms Prepare surface Rub cement in Level concrete using special blades, making sure all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over Use wood or plastic forms to shape the concrete and hold it until it is set Wash away excess concrete Finish corners by hand Apply latex and epoxy to floors Use groovers and hand trowels to spread concrete Other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 2 years in concrete finishing Must have own tools and transportation Must be able to handle a physical workload and capable of working outside Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
