Meet Me At the Confluence! Nia Joyful Cardio Dance at Phoenix Park
Be moved...put your feet in the grass...don't worry about whether you "get it" or are coordinated. We celebrate Feel Good Fitness!!!--and it's way more fun when we do it together!

Class will be held in the flat grassy area close to the confluence of Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers at Phoenix Park. Bring shoes if your feet are sensitive to the grass, bugs, etc. (The park no longer uses pesticides--YAY!) Also bring a bottle of water, bug repellent (I'll have some on hand), and a blanket if you want to have one for the end of class, when we get on the ground.
