The Cake is looking for electrical and plumbing specialists with experience ensuring all electrical and plumbing work on a large remodel is up to code and ready to pass inspection. Electrical: - inspecting sub panel installation, and wiring of all rooms from sub panels, outlets and circuits Plumbing: - inspecting drain, waste and vent system throughout the entire house Previous experience as an inspector, or as a lead on projects with successful first inspections is highly preferred.
