Tile and marble setters apply hard tile and marble to walls floors and other surfaces Key Elements for this position: Clean and level the surface to be tiled Measure and cut tile and marble Arrange tiles according to the design plans Prepare and apply mortar or other adhesives Install tile and marble in the planned area Apply grout with a rubber trowel Wipe off excess grout and apply necessary finishes, such as sealants Requirements What we need from you: Previous experience preferred but not required Ability to work professionally and follow instructions with a demonstrated capability to work in a team environment Own tools Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Must have reliable transportation Experience with proper and safe use of tools utilized in tile installation preferred Skilled craftsman with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks preferred Clean Department of Motor Vehicles report, preferred Adaptability to change Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish) All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
