Lighthouse Windows of Santa Cruz is a busy established window and door sales and installation company, since 1992. We are now hiring seasoned window/door installers and willing to train those interested in learning a new trade! We work mainly in the county of Santa Cruz and hoping to expand into Monterey County. We install multiple brands of windows/doors with different installation techniques, from simple replacement to modification of window/door opening sizes and dry rot repair. Installer Apprentice pay range $18-$22 per hour Installer Level 1 : $22-26 per hour Installer Level 2: $26-36 per hour Lead Installer: $36-and up Attributes Needed: Reliable/dependable Quality oriented Team player Committed to excellent customer service Requirements: Construction aptitude, be able to lift 75lbs and climb scaffolding Speak English Valid Drivers License, Clean DMV record Reliable transportation to work
