Donald J trump is the epitome of a dictator- He does not allow people to speak out against him without punishment. Trump tried to impose his personal views on this nation rather than the will of the majority of the people. Trump believed that his word was law when in reality a president is only a spokesperson/representative for the people. Trump believed that laws do not apply to him. This is typical of a dictatorship. One set of rules for the people and a different set of rules for the leader.
Trumps biggest hero’s (Putin, Kim Jong, Xi) are all communist dictators.
Trump did not respect the position that is the United States president.
Definition of a “dictator”:
A ruler with total power over a country. (Trump believed that he had absolute power and did not respect three branch’s of our American government)
One obtains power by force. (Insurrection attempt)
One ruling in an oppressive way. (Trump sought to punish anyone and everyone who did not share his view)
