Our City General Plan emphasizes the need for quality childcare and public safety services and the creation new impact fees ensures future needs are met. Watch the April 13, 2021 Council meeting or read the staff report to learn more about these new fee areas. New Impact Fee Rates and Exemptions The following documents provide the cost per square footage based on use type. Use the rates to calculate what your future fees will be.
