ABOUT THE GIG: -------------- - Looking for able-bodied and willing candidates to build team! - Mostly Interior/Exterior Painting, Drywall work, light Carpentry - Candidates must be comfortable on a ladder. COMPENSATION: -------------- - Paid every week in cash. - We take care of our good people! - We're currently offering a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90-Days -- Additional Bonuses are paid throughout the year, for: Excellent work, timely completions, consistency, going above and beyond, Christmas, birthdays, etc. - Bonuses are not monetary if an employee is looking for other compensation. --- (Cash bonuses, tools, approving time-off, etc.) LOCATIONS: -------------- Our shop is located in Bayview Work will be mostly in the: - Whitefish Bay - Shorewood - Fox Lake areas HOURS: ------------- - Part-time and Full-time available - Consistent work available for the most qualified, capable individuals - Mondays through Fridays, with Sat & Sun off - Early starts in the mornings! Work usually ends at 4:30 PM or upon job completion. REQUIREMENTS: ------------------------ - Candidates are required to have their own, reliable transportation. - Candidates will eventually be required to bring and use their own tools. - Individuals must have a presentable appearance; be well groomed, friendly, and well spoken when on a client's property. - We will provide you company apparel; A shirt, hat, or mid-weight layers with our company branding on it that we will provide. - We attempt to keep you working (and paid!) at all times. This may include working during some cooler, misty, or warmer days. - Attitude is everything. Our company is called Can-Do for a reason!
