We are a growing company searching for reliable people to maintain and check properties in Milwaukee. We have Houses, Duplexes, and Apartment Buildings all over the city that we manage. We are seeking to fill positions on our maintenance department team. Job entails: Trash Outs, Trash/Debris/Litter pickup, Moving large items, heavy-lifting jobs, and overall Property Checks. At times also assisting with: Lawn Mowing, Trimming, Blowing Walkways, and Fall Leaf collection/removal. Qualifications: - MUST be a hard worker and have a good attitude (we check references) - MUST HAVE A VALID WISCONSIN DRIVERS LICENSE - MUST know how to use a smartphone, be very accurate, and be excellent with communication.
