We are seeking a reliable handyman for a apartment complexes in Burien area. This is a live onsite position, the person is required to live on-site after 30 - 90 days probation. if you can not live onsite please do not apply. We will start you as part time and assign you approximately 25 hours work per week for the first 1 - 3 months for evaluation. Responsibilities • upkeeping of landscape and general exterior image of the property • Diagnose and perform routine maintenance repair • Turn over units as they vacate • Painting • Basic plumbing • Basic electric • Perform after hour emergency maintenance • Monitor and maintain building • Appliance repair (washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher.....) This position requires: • REQUIRED TO LIVE ONSITE AFTER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION. • Has own basic power hand tools • Has own vehicle and valid driver’s license • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds variable distances. • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations. • Punctual, good work attitude • Fair verbal communication in English. • Required to undergo background screen • Positive attitude to learn new repair knowledge • Working hours: Tuesday - Saturday at least 5 hours between 9am - 5:30pm Benefit for live on site / after probation: • 20% Rent discount • Paid water, sewer, garbage • Medical insurance
