Job Description We are a contractor for several major home builders in Washington state. We are looking for a laborer that will be responsible for maintaining our job sites. You will have to clean debris, perform concrete repairs, concrete patches, garage grinds, pressure washing as well as other minor tasks to keep the job site clean. The professional we are looking for is able-bodied, ready to work hard, and willing to push themselves to get things done. Starting pay is dependent on experience/ability and will increase based on performance. This is a full-time job with 40+ hours a week. Requirements (no exceptions): -Must have a valid driver's license. -Must have your own reliable transportation (to work and from job site to job site) -Must be able to travel within Pierce County and occasionally outside of Pierce County -Must be able to lift 35 lbs or more when needed.
