As a Lead Tech, you will effectively perform all water damage mitigation services the company offers such as: • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns with professionalism • Perform high quality water mitigation services • Water extraction • Performing demolition tasks • Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment • Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques • Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. • Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment • Perform job cleanup and breakdown • Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, detail pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity • Effectively Lead a work crew Requirements: • IICRC certification preferred • Experience in water mitigation • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly. • Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics • Ability to be part of our on call 24/7 service commitment. • Ability to successfully complete a background check. • Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history • Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform.
