Sign-on Bonus of $500!* Parts Runner/Porter Airstream Adventures of Milton, WA is looking for a punctual and reliable full-time Parts Runner/Porter to run parts to the Service Technicians to help with timely and efficient repairs. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN PARTS RUNNER/PORTER As a Parts Runner/Porter, you play an important role in the overall success of the company. By providing assistance to the Parts Department by delivering parts to the Service Technicians, organizing stock, running errands and shipping/receiving stock, you uphold our dealership's standard of excellence in quality. Being very organized and having attention to detail help you in swiftly delivering new parts and removing old/broken parts from the service area. You actively communicate with walkie-talkies to keep everyone in the loop. When not running parts you keep the Parts Department organized, run errands, and help with the forklift when needed, keeping production standards high and things running smoothly. You are happy to take on any duties to ensure tasks are complete and operations run smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS Guest Service or Sales experience, Preferred Knowledge of product and mechanical/electrical parts Able to perform the physical requirements of the position Valid driver's license & Insurable driving record Experience interacting with customers over the phone, face-to-face and email Basic computer skills Required. Experience in Office 365 (Excel/Word/Outlook) Experience using various inventory databases Ability to read and interpret product documents Can pass a background check Able to use a variety of tools to perform job Any experience in a dealership or parts department is a plus!
