At Nordstrom Rack in the shoe isles you were trying on shoes and put on a pretty pair of heels. I could tell that you liked them by the way you lit up, but the guy that you were with said, “no way I already feel short enough” and I saw you get sad. You deserve to be boosted up by the people around you and not held down. No one should have to dampen their self expression /desires /whatever to make someone else feel better. Dump him and wear whatever damn shoes you want. Tall babes don’t need to shrink themselves down for insecure little boys.
