Press release from the City of Malibu: May 6, 2021 The latest revision to the Health Officer Order issued by Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LADPH) aligns the County with the Yellow Tier, the fourth and least restrictive tier in the State of California's Blueprint for a Safer Economy, effective as of 12:01 AM on Thursday, May 6.  Protocols for the following sectors within the County were also updated to reflect the easing of restrictions in the Yellow Tier: Retail Establishments  Grocery Stores and Retail Food Markets  Office-Based Worksites  Museums, Galleries, Zoos, Aquariums  Hotels, Lodging and Short-Term Rentals  Family Entertainment Centers  Bars  Personal Care Establishments  Community Sporting Events  Cardrooms  Breweries, Wineries, and Craft Distilleries View details of what is permitted for each of these updated business sectors in the County press release of May 5, 2021.  COVID-19 Vaccinations COVID-19 vaccinations continue to be available for all residents age 16 and older at County-run sites and many community sites without an appointment.
