Found: an adorable female chihuahua. Looks about 3-5 years old. She was found on a construction site in between Old Leesburg Rd and Padgett/Trotter Rd. Must provide description of collar she was found wearing and photograph with her to prove ownership. We just want to make sure she gets back home safely!
