HandyPerson needed with Carpentry/Building Maintanance skills

Looking for immediate hire of a handyperson with carpentry skills, building maintainance (old house repair) that can help me do various projects on the 100 year old house that I and some housemates, currently reside in. Must be both agreeable with and willing to comply with safe COVID practices. Vaccinated persons preferred. They include, but are not limited to; roof repair, plumbing, light electrical, fencing, heartwood pine floor refinishing, drywall installation and repair, adding some foundational support in crawl space, painting, shed repair, land scaping hardscaping, and many other odd jobs.
