EAGAN, MN— The city of Eagan's annual State of the City Address will be on May 27, the city said. Eagan's Mayor Mike Maguire will give the address at 8 a.m. at the Eagan Community Center. Maguire will discuss Eagan's resiliency and how it continues to be a strong community, as well as adjustments the city made during the pandemic, the city said.
