I am looking for a small puppy for my family $600 and less. We are in an apartment so I’m hoping to stay between small and medium. I am coming from the springs so my price is the most that I can pay for a puppy. Mixes are okay as long as they’re not pit bull or banned breed mixes due to my apartment policy.
