Hello, I'm seeking a violin/mandolin/banjo playing singer for lead and accompanying vocals! I'd prefer a female for both stage presence and vocal accompaniment. I have originals and a number of tasty covers. I would like for us to rotate singing lead. I would like for everyone to participate to the level they are comfortable with. If you have some originals you want to play, we can do that. If you want to sing a couple, hell yeah! If you will back me as I sing, please do. I am a young and healthy looking (I promise) 45 years old. I'm punctual, reliable, no drug or alcohol problems. I do this stuff for fun, but I take it seriously. Meaning I'm not trying to set the world on fire, but I will practice and show up for our rehearsals and shows. That's all I ask of you! I would not be okay with an endless practice scenario. I would like to very quickly get up to speed and be ready to start playing paying gigs. Then we would just gather for new material or recording. Anyhow, if you're interested, please drop a note.
