ISO overnight sitter for 9 year old

I'm searching for a reliable person to hang out with my mini a few times a month. Weekend nights mainly. Would love to start with afternoon/evenings and move to overnight options if it works out. The kid: 9 years old, 3rd grade. Honestly an easy kid that's smart and kind. Not in a "I'm her mom way" -She's fun to be around, has great manners, and isn't a little jerk. Very much in the roblox tablet phase and will leave you alone if you need a break. 830ish bedtime The dog: 2 year old young dog full of energy but will also nap by you for 4 hours. Super sweet but is working on not jumping or get soooo excited for you to pet him. 75 pound mutt of love. Would be great if the dog was a part of the package to let out a few times in the backyard and feed dinner. But not a dealbreaker and can likely have another arrangement for him. The space: off of MLK and Colorado. 4plex home with private fenced in backyard. Nothing intense about the space and don't expect anything around the house. -Would be easiest to keep location at my place but I'm open to something else if it makes sense. -Comfortable with a responsible teenager or student but needs to have transportation to get here either by themselves or a parent dropping/picking up. -Okay to bring over another kiddo for playdates but probably not enough space for overnights. -We have a park down the street that you could walk to. -I'm okay with the kid going out with proof of reliable transportation, insurance, DL etc. Common sense type of stuff. -The dog has a kennel if you need to leave for any reason. It would be nice to pick a schedule that we could stick to and I'm always happy to add to it based off of my needs and your availability. I would like to work with a flat rate to keep things simple. Please send over your thoughts on everything I mentioned as well as a rate for evenings (4ish hours) and a rate for overnights. Feel free to send over any other questions or something I haven't thought of.
