Description
We are looking for volunteers to help gather and maintain data for the Jackson and Josephine County Disaster Registry. The registry is a database that is used during events to check on people who can't evacuate themselves during a disaster. We work directly with emergency services to help people who cannot help themselves.
Volunteers can work from home and training will be provided. Volunteers should be pleasant on the phone and have good listening skills. Being able to use a computer and email is also helpful.
The Disaster Registry is updated by our wonderful volunteers on a quarterly basis. Hours are completely flexible and the work can be done entirely remotely.
