Description

20 Hours per week - M-F 8-Noon. Duties include cleaning of lobbies, outside corridors, stairways, elevators, entrance areas, enclosed garages, pool area, fitness center, and club rooms. This includes using machines such as leaf blower, vacuum and floor scrubber. Also includes regular monitoring of outdoor landscaped areas, and parking lot to ensure tidy appearance. In addition, responsible for overseeing outside vendors to ensure that they are signed in and out and complete satisfactory work. Types of cleaners used include glass cleaner, deodorizers, germicidal, grout cleaners, stain removers, stainless steel cleaners and oils. Must be experienced, meticulous, dependable and self motivated. Qualifications include ability to pass a background and drug test and how to understand written and verbal instructions. Regularly report to supervisor any areas of concern/in need of attention
