RYE BROOK, NY (May 2021) -- The Business Council of Westchester has announced the names of 40 business people who will be presented with the Annual Rising Stars Award at a virtual ceremony on June 17 at 6 p.m. "I'd like to congratulate this year's class of Rising Stars.
