Hello and we have run a cpl similar ads that worked some but sadly 9 or=f 10 guys do not read the entire ad or respond with specifics they and do. And a fair amt that we did meet or hire. Did less than quality work, lied about their skills, ripped us off and one even claimed I had 3 FBI agents follow him into Lowes to get materials = Coocoo. So please read the entire ad and don’t waste are time if you’re not able to walk your talk. > We have removed our garage door on our 19’ x 11’ Sgl car garage. (SEE PIC) Wanting to turn it into a Workout / Hangout room of sorts. We are 7wks behind because of all the losers and rip-offs on CL that couldn't walk their talk or...So, if you are experienced in some or all areas, let’s talk. Oh, and be serious, not into games or B.S. because we do not have time to waste considering. Here is a partial list of the things we need done quickly and with all seriousness, IF you are fair priced and have good character and professionalism. So we need additional help! Here are list of Projects (Ones with * we would like to do sooner than later. > * Would like to meet a female preferably with similar Décor styles to help advise and or help picking items and colors in some areas in house. But emphasis on Porch – Garage + Workout / Play Area and Guest Room. 1) * We have a Hiseeu Security system that is hooked up + Stereo surround sound system and a smart TV that we all need help hooking up a Dongle so we can get YouTube videos on and help us with understanding and fine tuning, so they are all is working well. 2) We need a 8’W x 7’H x 40”D shed built on back of our home. 3) Looking to have our 29’ x 11’ carport floor epoxied. 264 sq’ 4) Prep 6’ x 6’ area for about 8 pavers and set. 5) Wood worker Cabinet person. We have a 120gal Aquarium and would like 2 nicer doors put on and make a surround to go over to top to clean it up some. And make 2 cabinets to hold Electronic dart board and 2 others approx. 28-36”W x 36”H x 6-8”D to hold miscellaneous. 6) Help create - re-design or find a system for 2 closets that increase storage space. 7) Put together a Speed bag and 12-piece, New Age 3.0 Series of Storage Cabinets 8) We need help with digging up and re-planting some small shrubs that died and building a using bricks and timber kits from Lowes. 9) We had (5) Gabions made that are 2’W x 7’H x 6” deep that are back lite. My guy needs help with picking out stones and carefully filling up each Gabion so not to damage the lights in each gabion. (See Picture) Other misc: 10) Help hang about 12 sheets of sheet rock on walls in garage area – very little taping and some painting. Now, we live in SE Scottsdale and Pay is Negotiable, you can bid some or we are able to pay $18 -$30 and hour depending on you efficiency, skill and project.
