Literally just set this up a little over a week ago. All in very new condition, the cats have only sat on/in it a handful of times. My big bengal/siamese is 14lbs and just a bit too big to enjoy it. The one that has used it most is my 2lb kitten. He likes to lay on the top bed and I've seen him in the hammock a couple times too. Got a bigger tree with larger platforms and they like that much better. It is 67" tall and 46.5" wide (see pic) originally $150 on amazon, after shipping. Asking $100 for it. It is a great solid cat tree. Really nice. It anchors to the wall for added stability but even without it, it is very solid. I can either give it to you already assembled (assembly instructions and tools included) or I can disassemble it for easy transport and you can put it back together when you get it home. Instructions are easy to follow. Took 15 min to set up.
