Prudential Borrowing is looking for a NMLS licensed Loan Officer to work with established referral relationships the company already has in place. We have access to a wide array of Portfolio Lending including but not limited to Stated Loans, Foreign National Programs, Low Fico Programs on top of having some of the most aggressive rates on Conforming and FHA loans in the industry. Qualifications: -Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan origination and/or 4 years total in loan industry -Sales experience is a plus but not required -Strong communication skills, both oral and written -Ability to multitask -Strong attention to detail -Intermediate computer knowledge, ability to use multiple systems -Strong listening skills -Ability to quickly problem solve and provide solutions -High School Diploma Compensation / Benefits: - Base Salary - Plus Commission - 401K Safe Harbor Plan with Match Call: Lorena 516-280-7460 Ext. 4110
