Essential Responsibilities Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job. Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors. Properly completes all paperwork required for each job. Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Currently we are looking for experienced service technicians, experienced installers, and service tech apprentices, and install helpers throughout our coverage area. We value an employee who embodies dedication, dependability and carries with them a strong work ethic and a good attitude. All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and driving record evaluation. Specific qualifications include: High School Diploma or Equivalent; HVAC certifications a plus Prior experience servicing residential Air Conditioning and Heating equipment Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy Exceptional technical skills as well as strong communication skills Willingness to expand your technical and repair knowledge; obtain new licenses and commitment to professional growth Ability to support our company brand as an advocate Must be able to work independently while safely maintaining a high level of performance MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREENING Paid holidays Paid time off Bonuses
