Seeking an enthusiastic team-player to join our Tacu Tacu team. We are a well established Peruvian Restaurant in Fountain Valley with immediate part-time and full-time opportunities for line cook and prep cook positions.
Responsibilities include:
-preparation of all served food
-follow standard recipes and special diet orders
-operate standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
-comply to all sanitation and food production codes
-maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
-Previous experience in cooking or culinary arts
-Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
-Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
-Punctual and dedicated
Spanish speaking preferred
Starting rate will be based on experience.
