Scope of work:
- Installation of a double swing 36 inch × 84 inch door (the cutout/opening already exists ), and installation of jambs
- Construction of new framing to accommodate the door
- Minor plumbing work in affected area
- Minor electrical work in affected area
- Minor tile work in adjacent area.
Plans have already been approved by the City of Mission Viejo and the Orange County Department of Health.
The Building permit is ready to picked up, issued in the name of the GC.
