Handyman needed for foundation repair

Description

I have a 1905 single family house and partial leaking basement. About 20 feet of old rock foundation stem wall was removed & a 3' concrete & rebar footer installed. However, part of the concrete retaining wall collapsed at one end & the other end will do the same soon. I have the permit, some/most of the materials, but need another footer/retaining wall, totally about 3 feet on top of the (marginal) basement slab & 32" stem wall on top of the first footer, with one window installed. Must be licensed, bonded, insured with references of other foundation work
