Need Contractor - Small Project Rails & Siding Repair

I need a contractor with a generator to install some railings on a back porch and put a siding cover over an exposed elevated back porch. You would need to be responsible and skilled to do the work and have a generator as well. A. Porch There are like 16 lineal feet to cover around the perimeter of the porch. You would do a basic 2x4 pressure treated top to bottom affixed into the soil and then all the way across and nail to that. You'd apply the siding and then caulk and paint. It does not need to be anything overly complicated because the purpose is to keep people out of the area. The length of space from the bottom of the porch to the ground is like 2 feet. Thus we're talking probably 32 sq feet or thereabouts. B. Railings. See rough sketch. Very straightforward. Pressure-treated 4x4s and 2x4s with some hardware and a way to affix it to the concrete. Needs to be all super sturdy but basic and then painted trim color. All in probably $200-250 in materials here. Probably $400-$500 in Labor. Probably 1 day with 2 guys or 2 days with 1 guy. $600-$750 would be where I am looking to pay for these fairly small tasks. This may lead to other projects as well as separate jobs.
