Need gardener to trim back foliage

I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy gardener to help maintain foliage growing over my wall from neighbor’s yard. Probably once a month and shouldn’t take more than 30 min to complete. Need overhanging tree branches clipped back to neighbor’s side and need vines manicured from going across windows/screens. Must have own tools and ability to dispose of green waste. Need someone ASAP.
